Against Sexual Harassment

Dolphin (PG) Institute strongly believes in providing a safe environment for all its stakeholders, where rights and dignity of all is respected. Sexual Harassment is a serious violation of a person’s fundamental rights, which can leave deep physical and psychological harm. DIBNS has thus adopted a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment, to secure a culture of mutual respect and empathy.Our Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and Women Empowerment Cell enforce our stand against sexual harassment and run awareness programmes for the same.

Staff, students, and faculty members are encouraged to report any incidences through a written complaint. ICC then initiates and conducts a through enquiry, compile their findings in an official report and submit it to the concerned authorities, within 15 working days. Perpetrators found guilty will face strict disciplinary actions and are liable for legal actions as per the Law of the Land.
