The M.Sc. Biotechnology program is a two-year postgraduate course, divided into four semesters. It offers an in-depth exploration of biological sciences, complemented by practical training, to prepare students for careers in biotechnology-related industries. This course remains very relevant today in the fast-evolving scientific landscape and focuses on core areas comprising molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, and bio-informatics. Graduates from this M.Sc. in Biotechnology are well-positioned to drive innovation across food production, pharmaceuticals, and into environmental sustainability. The strong cores of Bioprocessing, Biomanufacturing, Agriculture, Biomedicine, and Bioremediation have so far enabled our students to solve industries complex problems better and will no doubt go on to build cutting careers in their chosen field.
